In order to be able to provide excellent service for our customers and a viability of our rental vehicles we have established the folowing:

• Must provide valid DRIVERS LICENSE, proof of INSURANCE, and be at least 21 YEARS OF AGE to drive our rental vehicles.
• NO SMOKING is allowed in rental vehicles.
• NO ANIMALS are permitted in rental vehicles
• You are responsible for GAS in the rental vehicle. Gas must be filled to the level in the vehicle when it was checked out. If vehicle is returned with less gass than when the vehicle was given out, you will be charged $20.00 1/4 tank, $40.00 for 1/2 tank, $60.00 for 3/4 tank and $80.00 full tank.
• You are responsible for any PARKING or MOVING VIOLATIONS. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
• There is a $50.00 CHARGE FOR EXCESSIVELY DIRTY RENTALS
• 100 Mile a day limit and $0.10 a mile after 100 miles.
